Rhaiza Pabello
Project Consultant: Whaleshark Research and Conservation Project
Rhaiza is a biologist passionate about using omics technologies to support marine conservation efforts. She has extensive experience in genomics and proteomics, having worked on multiple government-funded projects.
Rhaiza joined LAMAVE in 2023 as a Project Leader for the Southern Leyte Whaleshark Research and Conservation Project. She is currently pursuing a Marine Science degree, specializing in Marine Biotechnology, at the Marine Science Institute of the University of the Philippines.
She is currently a Project Consultant for the Whaleshark Research and Conservation Project, helping shape and set-up project sites at the start of the season.
